Every person who serves helps Lighthouse carry out its mission and care well for our church family and community. Whether it's greeting at the door, running sound, or helping in LBC Kids, your gifts matter to God's work here.

Right now, one dedicated team carries much of the week-to-week responsibility and serves at a high capacity. We're grateful for them, and we're working toward a healthier rhythm where everyone who calls Lighthouse home serves about once a month. Sharing the work gives more people a meaningful place to contribute and helps every team serve sustainably.
