Scooter serves as Lead Pastor and Elder at Lighthouse Bible Chapel, helping shepherd, teach, and lead alongside Lighthouse's other elders.

Lighthouse is led by a plurality of elders. Together, Scooter Hill, Drew Dolinger, and Brandon Rhodes share the work of shepherding, teaching, and leading the church.
That leadership serves Lighthouse's shared mission: Finding Jesus and becoming committed, connected, and courageous followers of Him. Each Saturday, the church gathers to worship, open Scripture, and consider what following Jesus looks like throughout the week.
Story
Pastor Scooter is a gifted Bible teacher with a passion for helping people understand the heart of God through the Word, so they can experience the incredible grace of God. Scooter has a Bachelor’s Degree in Church Leadership and a Master’s Degree in Missional Church Movements from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL.
Heart
Scooter passion is for people to close the gaps between their experience and the promises of God in Christ.
Home
Scooter and his wife Jo have been married and have served together in full-time ministry for 28 years! Their oldest son, Ezekiel (27), is a pilot and married to his wife, Hannah. Their second son, Elijah (25) is a firefighter for the City of West Palm Beach and is married to Makena. Their daughter Abigail (20) is a student at Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she is studying nursing.
Calling
Scooter believes Lighthouse Bible Chapel is a place where people discover the joy of following Jesus and as He changes them, they can’t help but reach others who need Him!
